Aim of the project
JollyTours's aim was to increase their online sales. More than %60 percent of their sales were still offline and they needed to get stronger in the digital platforms. So, they needed a mobile app.
My role was doing research and creating the information architecture.
The research phase involved analyzing travel planning journey, usability tests for competitor mobile apps and site visits to JollyTours agencies.
In wireframing phase, I was involved creating designs for specific scenarios.
